Overview

Welcome to the todiane.com Support Policy. This document explains the payment processing system, the relationship between Diane Corriette at todiane.com and associated domains, and how to get support for products or services purchased from any affiliated website.

Payment Processing

When you purchase products or services from any of the affiliated websites listed below, the payment will be processed through me as the developer using ToDiane.com:

  • The name "ToDiane" will appear on your credit card statement or payment receipt
  • All payments are securely processed through Stripe
  • Receipts and invoices will be issued under my self-employed business name
  • This is normal and indicates that your payment was processed successfully

If you have questions about a charge from ToDiane on your statement, please check if you have purchased from any of our associated domains listed below.

Refunds and Returns

A Fair & Honest Refund Policy. Because the products I develop are digital downloads, they are yours instantly upon purchase. The standard policy is no refunds once files are downloaded. However, if you give the product a genuine try and it is not right for you, please email me within 30 days and I will make it right.

  • Each affiliated website has its own dedicated support resources
  • Use the contact form (best option) on the specific website where you made your purchase. You will find the link for it in the dashboard area
  • Email me directly hello@todiane.com for any support requests

My goal is to respond to all support inquiries within 48 hours during business days.
